3. Welding & Surface Finishing

4. Surface Treatment & Coating Line

Safoo is equipped with a complete coating line. Before coating, cabinets undergo surface pre-treatment to enhance adhesion. Powder coating is cured at high temperatures, forming a uniform and corrosion-resistant finish that improves durability in laboratory and industrial environments.

5. Assembly & Functional Testing

After coating, products move to the assembly stage, including installation of doors, self-closing systems, ventilation ports, shelves, and safety accessories. Each safety cabinet is then functionally inspected to ensure smooth operation, structural stability, and compliance with design specifications.
