Safoo HE010 Mobile Fume Extractor

The Safoo Mobile Fume Extractor series is designed around the principles of compliance, environmental protection, health, and safety, specifically for capturing localized sources of volatile pollutants in laboratories.

The unit uses a movable extraction arm to position the air inlet close to the pollution source, capturing fumes generated during laboratory operations and directing them into the internal filtration system. Activated carbon molecular filters and air particle filters help purify the captured air. The filtered air can then be recirculated indoors, helping reduce the spread of pollutants within the laboratory and, where applicable, reducing the operating load of the overall ventilation system.

The mobile fume extractor is suitable for capturing localized volatile pollutants generated during chemical handling, dissolution, mixing, stirring, pipetting, sampling, pH testing, and operations involving instruments such as HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS.

For substances such as organic solvents, acids and alkalis, fragrances, and pesticides, suitable filter configurations can be selected according to the specific type of pollutant.

The unit features a flexible articulated extraction arm that allows the air inlet to be easily positioned as needed. Equipped with bottom-mounted casters, it can be conveniently moved to the appropriate location for different laboratory operations.

A 7-inch LCD touchscreen provides monitoring of temperature and humidity, fan status, VOC concentration, and other operating information, together with an integrated alarm system.

The unit uses a high-quality centrifugal fan to provide stable and low-noise operation, with a noise level of ≤60 dB.

5. Durable Construction

The main structure is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel with a thickness of ≥1.2 mm. The surface is treated with electrostatic powder coating to provide good resistance to corrosion and moisture.
